Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Because files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final after download or access.
We will review requests involving duplicate charges, corrupted or materially inaccessible files, or a product that materially differs from its purchase-page description. Contact [email protected] within 14 days and include the order number.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Approved refunds are processed through the checkout provider to the original payment method.
