EliteSleep (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

- first-party attribution data (landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, product and checkout events)
- optional interaction data from Microsoft Clarity after consent
- cookie and similar tracking data
- order and support data supplied through the checkout provider

Depending on your location, we process data based on consent, legitimate interests, contractual necessity, or legal obligations.
Sharing and processors#
We use Cloudflare for hosting and first-party event storage, Kit for email, Microsoft Clarity for optional analytics, and Lemon Squeezy as the provisional checkout and digital-delivery provider. Checkout data is also governed by the checkout provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and tracking#
Essential local storage remembers attribution and consent preferences. Microsoft Clarity is not loaded unless you select “Allow analytics.” You can clear site storage in your browser to reset these choices.
Data retention#
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Final production retention periods require owner and legal approval before live checkout is enabled.
Your rights#
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

If data is transferred across borders, we apply reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.
Children#
This site and its store are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
